I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tony Friend to anyone needing a computer "geek". He has been extremely helpful to us and not too geekish in his explanations! Tony gave us instant attention when we needed it and went beyond the call of duty with his service. He has installed great anti-virus software for us and even left directions on the computer on how to use it all. Thank you sincerely, for printing the article on Tony Friend - what a 'find' this man is, not only does he speak plain computer language so we oldies can understand but he is also very patient explaining things, nothing is too much trouble and he suggests shortcuts and anti-viral checks, about which I knew nothing previously. All these checks he added to a file so I only have to click on there and everything is printed out in front of me, step by step - I can now do this weekly.

This man is the Pensioner's savior as he only charges a nominal amount, he appreciates we are all finding things a bit tough at present. Write this because I want to tell you about how I found Tony Friend and the services I received. My computer has had a few ups and downs of late and I was sick of been ripped of after paying out a bit money and still had the same problems and getting the computer to the shop. I was glad to find some one who took the time to sort my computer out and did not charge the earth to do it.

I found the ad in the Seniors Newspaper for Coastal Repairs so I look the business up on the net and phoned Tony well it was the best thing I could have done, he took the time to tell me what he was doing every step of the way and he put anti-spyware on my computer and left with instruction on how to run the program and when in easy words. But the big plus there was no call out fee for seniors which is a big thing these days. I will be calling on Tony again if I need him so if you are having problems give him a call you will not be disappointed.

I recently NEEDED a reputable PC repairer and on reading Gold Coast Seniors newspaper, I discovered a "Tony Friend" of Coastal PC Repairs. After making contact with Tony, he was able to come to my assistance within 2 days. I had been very unhappy with my computer (even after having had it upgraded) and could no longer even stand to turn it on - things were really driving me crazy! Tony duly arrived and began checking my computer, alas I had been duped and had a "pirated" Windows installed. Tony was amazed and very obliging and we worked through what needed to be done and what it would cost me to be able to enjoy my computer again.

Tony had everything up and running in a couple of days and went through all the things he had done with me (he even helped me with a few things I was not sure of). I now have a complete set of instructions on how to keep my computer up-to-date and at last feel comfortable in the knowledge that there is somebody that I can call on who is competent and reliable to help me with any problems in the future. I would thoroughly recommend Tony and I must say I found him very professional and courteous in my initial dealings with him.
